bless you for posting about this. I got in a fb thing a few weeks back and needed more articles about how this is awful. You know, because someone saying they’re making him a Nazi doesn’t seem to be enough.

Believe me I wish I could look away, but I think it’s important to keep tabs when one of the most recognizable forms of American media and art starts turning on of the most staple superheroes into a fucking Nazi.

dissociation?

I suspect dissociation is playing a role because I’ve caught myself kinda going blank more than I did before the inauguration. After this post I did a quick search on “quiet anxiety attacks” and it looks like it’s a thing that does happen, so let’s just add that to the cauldron of mental health bluh I’ve already got simmering ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

OMG the cruelty things really freaking get me. Especially the ones with blood everywhere. I almost cry every time. It doesn’t make me feel any more sad for the animal. It just hurts.

the second I notice the animal cruelty I get as far as I can away from the post and typically the whole point is like... raise awareness of a dangerous person or something. driving people away is completely counter intuitive
