We were shooting a seaweed farmer harvesting her seaweed from a banca near the shore until the sun set behind the sea. The sky was bland with no color, so we headed back to leave. We got back to shore, and my assistant brought most of the gear to the van, when some clouds started to pick up some color. I took a couple of shots with a boat in silhouette, and just kept walking along the beach, and texted my assistant to bring the tripod. Slowly, the colors became stronger and stronger. I called and texted repeatedly, and received no reply. The tripod never arrived but I just shot some at a higher ISO and wider aperture to capture the intense colors before it started to fade rapidly. Sometimes, the fiery colors appear well after sunset, so don't pack up right away!😎🌅 #stuartdee #sunset #postsunset #postsunsetcolor #samar #philippines (at Guiuan)
