Happy Holidays :-) by Theresa Via Flickr: This park in Arlington Heights, Illinois has the most spectaular lighting extravaganza going on right now. It's truly, a photographers paradise and kudos to those who set all these amazing displays up. The shot above is my favorite, of course because its a train, but mostly because this group of people walked into the scene just as I was about to snap the shot and I instantly knew I wanted them to be silhouetted against the lights so I waited until they stopped to admire the display and hoped they would stand still long enough for me to get the exposure. They did :-) The next 2 shots are the front view of the train and the last 2 are a couple of other displays. What a great photo opp and all this after shooting the CP Holiday Train in Gurnee.
