I have now been without any caffeinated beverage for three days. That is how long it takes, I have read, to stop being chemically dependant on caffeine. My beverage of choice is black or bulletproof coffee. (So I am not kicking the additional sugar addiction yet...)It went like this: Day 1, a headache - consrant but not unbearable. Day 2, headache first thing in the morning dissipating by noon. Day 3, not much of a headache completely dissipated by midmorning. Day 4, who knows - I have read it should be a really good day. (Fingers crossed)
