Notes:
Don’t reduce the quantity of oil, more oil gives more taste to this recipe.
Make this potato stir fry in high flame and standing near the stove and continuously stirring. Don’t move away while making this recipe.

Ingredients:(serves 3)
Gingelly Oil - 4 tbsp
Potatoes - 3 large
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - As needed
Directions:
Cut potatoes in correct size as shown in video.
Heat oil in a pan and add the cut potatoes.
Keep the flame on high and keep stirring the potatoes until the outer layer starts to become slightly golden~ 4 to 5 min.
Now add the spice powders : turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp, Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp and Salt.
Keep stirring for ~ 1 to 2 min until the potatoes get coated with spices.
