What are the stereotypes of the races in the Chaos Theory Verse
humans - being kind of suicidally insane by other races standards. they’re comparatively weak, squishy, dont have much resistance to... anything, And Yet they just will. not. stop. cannot be contained! if theres a high place a human WILL jump off of it! if there is something dangling a human will swing!!! dwarves invented staircases and three hour later humans invented sledding down staircases. other races general react to humans as we irl react to rednecks given access to large quantities of gasoline
elves (subraces of light, sylvan, and dark) - overall, other races consider elves to be INCREDIBLY extra, how so varies a little based on the kind of elf youre talking about. Light elves people consider very self-absorbed/arrogant, “think theyre smarter than everyone else,” sylvan elves “weepy” and dark elves cruel/condescending. if someone is half-elf - like Roman and Remus - its pretty much instantly assumed that the elf father knocked up a human woman and ditched her. Roman and Remus, who’s human father and elf mom (Larry and Dot) are happily married, do not find this amusing
hobbits - stupid, childish, “have more kids than they have sense” - i mentioned this in another ask but “halfling” is an incredibly rude word in this verse. Patton looks very hobbitish and people will often interrupt or ignore him in conversations because they assume he couldn’t possibly know what he’s talking about
dwarves - mean, surly, secretive, annoyingly boisterous, no manners
fae - vapid, vain, similarly batshit to humans but unconcerned with the consequences of their actions for other people
fiends - scheming, swindlers, lie a lot
orcs.- in this verse, orcs invented a lot of the fossil fuel based technology that characterized the industrial revolution and as such they get “blamed” as a group for a lot of the issues that resulted like pollution and greenhouse gases
