Ingredients: 1.5 lbs beef stew meat. 3 potatoes, peeled and diced. 3 carrots, peeled and sliced. 1 onion, diced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 4 cups beef broth. 1/4 cup tomato paste. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a slow cooker, combine beef stew meat, potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic. In a separate bowl, mix together beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Pour the broth mixture over the beef and vegetables in the slow cooker.
