Delicious and crispy potato cutlet burger patties made in the air fryer, perfect for a quick and healthy burger meal.
Ingredients: 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed. 1/2 cup bread crumbs. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper. 1/4 cup boiled and mashed peas. 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste. 1/2 tsp cumin powder. 1/2 tsp coriander powder. 1/2 tsp red chili powder. Salt to taste. 1 tbsp oil. Cooking spray.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, mashed peas, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to form a uniform mixture. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Preheat your air fryer to 375F 190C. Brush the air fryer basket with a tablespoon of oil to prevent sticking. Place the potato cutlet burger patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Spray the patties with cooking spray to help them crisp up. Air fry the patties at 375F 190C for 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove the potato cutlet burger patties from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before assembling your burgers. Serve the potato cutlet burger patties in burger buns with your favorite toppings and condiments.
