Tornado Potatoes are a fun and delicious way to enjoy potatoes. They are spiral-cut, seasoned, and baked until crispy. Perfect as a snack or side dish!
Ingredients: 4 large potatoes. 4 wooden skewers. 1/4 cup melted butter. 2 cloves minced garlic. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1 tablespoon chopped parsley optional.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Use a knife or a spiralizer to make a spiral in each potato. Put a wooden skewer through the middle of each potato that has been spiral-cut. Melt the butter and chop the garlic into small pieces. Use a brush to cover all sides of each potato with the garlic butter mixture. Grate Parmesan cheese and mix it with paprika, salt, and black pepper in a different bowl. Make sure the parmesan cheese mixture is spread out evenly over the potatoes. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. After the oven is hot, bake the potatoes for 25 to 30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. If you want, you can add chopped parsley as a garnish before serving.
