If googling the quote does not give you any results, I'd say it's fake. The fact that the only post about it didn't have a source when it was posted pretty much already confirmed that.

The strange thing is, though, is that I clearly and distinctly remember seeing it before 3x07 aired, and the only way that quote could’ve been phrased the way it was is if someone knew what really was happening (both in 3x07 and in the finale) and proceeded to tell a statement that was not literally false but lied by omission.
