Picture 1 - He was diagnosed with two sequestra: Medial: 3.3cm Lateral: 9.41cm The plan was to preform surgery after the two wounds were healed. To heal the wounds #lasertherapy would be used at a dosage of 20J/cm2 and hyperbaric oxygen therapy would be used. Picture 2 - Day 71 - slight swelling on lateral side, medial sequestrum gone and lateral sequestrum down to 2.61cm. Surgery now on hold and salt water spa treatments initiated. Picture 3 - Day 79 - swelling completely gone, both sequestra completely reabsorbed.
