I often have people tell me about their partner’s issues. My response tends to be to suggest that person look at their own issues, become intimate with their shadow, the Darkside. Then you will notice that your partner is actually changing. You have to trust that this change will serve the relationship. #truetransformation and #powerfulchange takes effort and honesty with yourself. There are a lot of people out there stuck in vicious cycles, or not experiencing the lives they truly want and deserve mainly because they are not being truly honest with themselves and their issues from past hurt or trauma they’ve experienced blocking their own growth. Pretending or putting on a good front will not get you the healing you need or the life that you deserve. I often get people who cross my path and I know they are suffering.
