For couple nights now I've Experienced "Sleep Paralysis" quite often more than before.. I Honestly don't get freaked out when it happens Because I'm so use to it. Happens now and then but I get a kick of it because I open my eyes to see what the f I'm looking at. Reason why I'm not scared because I've always been taught by my mum when I was younger.. "To Speak his Name" every knee will bow! When I can't move and things.. can't barely speak. I force myself to Speak his name it's like Sharp Knives that go into whatever is stopping you from sleeping. I Honestly love it when it happens I wake myself up and hope to look at whatever it is from stopping me from sleeping.. I Wake up and try look at it dead in the eye I get a kick of that. And speak his name to it. 🔥🔥🔥🔥 And go back to sleep like nothing happened. I'm Like Bruh.. I got work In The Morning and Need my beauty sleep. From experience I check my phone and it often happens around the same time. #Sleepparalysis #speakhisname #powerinthename #jesus #nofear 🙏🏽 The central symptom of sleep paralysis is being aware but being unable to move during awakening.[1] Imagined sounds such as humming, hissing, static, zapping and buzzing noises are reported during sleep paralysis.[4] Other sounds such as voices, whispers and roars are also experienced.[5] These symptoms are usually accompanied by intense emotions: such as fear, and panic.[6] People also have sensations of being dragged out of bed or of flying, numbness, and feelings of electric tingles or vibrations running through their body.[7] Sleep paralysis may include hallucinations, such as a supernatural creature suffocating or terrifying the individual, accompanied by a feeling of pressure on one's chest and difficulty breathing.[8] Another example of a hallucination involves a menacing shadowy figure entering one's room or lurking outside one's window, while the subject is paralyzed.[9] (at Manuwera)
