Uuuuhhh some time ago, I found these 2020 "Powerpufftober" prompts by @tharedfish113 on twitter. I'm not aware if there are newer prompts or if there are people who still do this but I've decided to give it a go. When does "inktober" usually start? October? Well I'm 30 day-ish late xD and I don't mind for this whole thing- I've decided- will span for the remaining -ber months of this year. Enough time for me, no pressure, no hassle. Yes. Yes. Anyway. For these two prompts, I chose to draw Abracadaver. Yes, I had to have the prompts combined for festivity purposes xD and yes, why wouldn't I draw him when I love to draw/color blood and 2D gore? He's the perfect choice.

The artworks were doodles on my mini sketchbook using markers, ballpoint pens and red colored pencil. They are, indeed, not my usual style or not the usual combination of medium I use but as I said, this is an indulgent XD. One of the drawings is inspired by one of Arthur Suydam's official illustrations for Marvel Zombies comics. Which is the Marvel AU I most dislike by the way 🤣 but heck, I can't deny how ✨educational✨ the prints are in terms of 2D gore coloring and zombie drawing. I'm half glad I have this series at home. Half.
This wasn't the original illustration I was going for the combo prompts but I was frustrated with my current sketch, forgot my tools at home when I left for holiday vacation, and nothing else was available but my husband's desktop 😂 For some strange reason, I randomly chose to draw on MS Paint. Instead of Photoshop. With a mouse too. So... Ta-dah 🤣🤣🤣 I drew Boomer for the Ruffians, subconsciously sporting red wine because its the holidays hahah
Where's the music part? This one:
😂😂😂 For the past few days, I was weaving this playlist -- Boom's Boombox -- and it was nothing short of pure entertainment. This is not intended to be like his set of "theme songs" or anything; but are instead some imagined tracks that, I think, he'd sing, cover, or compose a guitar solo for. I believe the patterns in the songs made it obvious why I handpicked them. xD
As for whatever lore I have in mind: One of my developing (favorite) headcanons about Boomer is that he's pretty versatile when it comes to music. Genre boundaries are a blur to him. That is to say he will automatically hear any song he finds catchy through the wails of his electric guitar. Whether his brothers know the song/s or not, or they find them annoying, Boomer won't care and their domain will be subjected to a chorus of guitar screaming, or his own screaming 😂 throughout the day.
But the thing is.... This makes him the true king of the Rowdy house. Sometimes, all feuds simmer once he starts plucking the strings or heating high notes. He'd especially know he has dominated the moment once he starts hearing his brothers singing along to his covers under their breaths.
All songs encompass Boomer's range of crazy, but if I were to pick my faves:
Seize the Day is THE song that can demonstrate his abilities xD the delicious guitar solo? The high notes? Fucken hell, I always imagine this as his king moment hahahaha. Meanwhile, Utsukushi Sugite is something he'd cover with Bubbles ( ꈍᴗꈍ) Edit: I forgot I added the likes of Coming Home which is more energized than Seize the Day bahaha yeah I can imagine Boom making a stink face for this one 😂
