I had a huge workout today so I ate more (and poorly) after dinner. It's not unhealthy, it's just not conducive for what I'm trying to do. I just wish my coach was more available and clearer with me about what I can eat and when I can eat it. But thank god for Claire. She's been listening to me complain about food and answering my contest prep questions for days now. Also shout out to Amanda who has also offered to lend an ear! Fuck, being so deprived of delicious things makes me want them even more. Oh well, I'm trying to stay strong but I guess I'm just feeling down tonight.
