PM: Sir, it looks like a mold infestation caused by a slow water leak might have contributed to the illness. There is concern that the water is leaking into the foundation beneath the cells as well. In addition to have the cells sanitized the leak is being fixed. I've asked the guards to get a Mason to check out the building on that side and ensure it doesn't need repair. I'll make a general announcement once the leak is repaired and the cells are clean.

I see. Funds have been allocated for this repair, if additional is needed, I will require a written proposal detailing your plans. Should any slaves need to be relocated during the repairs, you will submit a list to me and provisions will be made for proper temporary storage.

PM: Sir, the slave who attempted to speak to you yesterday has been punished. That will not happen again. Today one of the slaves in the cells, Joe Hart, has been vomiting throughout the day. He is unusable and I'd like to take him to the infirmary for fluids and an evaluation.

The infirmary has reported its arrival, however I require a full evaluation of its illness and the cause behind it. If you have not already, you are to take measures to ensure no other slaves fall ill in the same way.
