Engagement Pictures!

They're here! Pretty amazing to think that it was 4 months ago that I proposed to Katie, whew time flies when you're wedding planning! A HUGE "thank you" to Margaret Ward, who took the pictures for us as an early wedding present!

It’s almost Valentines day! And since I just finished driving 4 hours through the blizzard of 2014 here in Virginia to spend a long weekend with Katie, she wanted to exchange gifts early.

So with a smile, I got a bag full of goodies with punny notes:

A bottle of OJ- “You’re my main squeeze!”

A banana- “I’m bananas for you!”

A tin of Altoids peppermints- “We were mint to be together!”

A pack of gum- “I wouldn’t chews anyone but you!”

An apple- “You are the apple of my eye!”

An airplane bottle of Labrot and Graham Woodford Reserve whiskey- “You make me love drunk!”

And a bag of salted pistachios- “I’m nuts about you!”
