PHEEW! What a ride!! This was awesome!! A good rollercoaster of emotions :D

I loved it! 

So okay okay.

We talk about a lot of good things, and there is so much material to wrote about.

But I think I’ll deliver only a short one:

We unfortunately couldn’t get to Nepeta, cause T-pose person is a dick.

But that lead us to talk about important themes with Equius! His loyalty toward “higher” people and forces. The rules of society, how to know and feel where you belong. Identity and what makes you, you.

Equius is strongly insecure and reduce himself to a dude that punch and smash things, which is very sad cause we’ve got a lovely painting of his being and personality in this route! Narration-wise I’m very satisfied!!

Couldn’t punched and teach a lesson to the zap blocker, but eh. Doesn’t matter (shrug)

You know what? I won’t talk shit about Equius anymore, hell, he officially earned a place into my “good boys that I’m soft for” list :D

I’m really glad how the writer depicted Equius in this route. It’s very well done and managed to change my mind about him. I’m very curious about him and how he can evolve.

As for the lad, I’m proud of them. They really grown since the beginning of Hive swap Friendsim :)

And I have the feeling we will never learn about their past. But Pesterquest is rather about how people will change. And by the end of this game, we’ll see what they will become. That’s the point I think.

I’m not sure what pissed off Equius, maybe he thought we were acting up, like not knowing him cause time travel and stuff.

I’m confused, but we crossed a line and it costed our potential friendship.

And I can feel that he was disappointed about this development too..

Better not touch (directly that is) a sensitive nerve and rather talk about hobbies and I guess show him our “cool powers”.

I won’t give up cause I never liked this guy before and now I’m super eager to befriend him :)

Begin The Friendship Process

Sounds like a technical and awkward way to say it. But also cute :)

So, Equius. I don’t many ideas about which themes will be addressed but I’ll try to guess anyway.

Friendship and relationship in general: Equius is seen as a creep and a dude difficult to approach. He’s pragmatic, reserved and quite strict. Maybe we’ll talk about it and see if we can change something.

Authority, caste and hemophobia : Equius is considered as a noble from a high caste. He’s proud and very obsessed about blood-line and the caste system. Unfortunately that makes him despite the lowers classes and encourage discrimination toward them. Perhaps we can make him open his eyes and convince him that he can be open, cool down with orders bit, and see that no matter the class you’re from, you can consider other people as your equal :)

Bad copying mechanism: Homestuck taught us so much, and among them is that addiction is a powerful thing. Well, stopping Gamzee using drugs didn’t work out because nothing healthy was put instead. But maybe we can find something that can ease Equius in a pacific and good way.

Vacant heir: Due to being Void-bound, Equius is always relayed to the background, present only as a watermark. He’s rarely mentioned in conversations (when he is, it’s in a brief way), barely considered when an issue occurs, and no one even thought about him after he died. Maybe it won’t be discussed, but it would be nice if Equius could step out from the shadows and get the recognition he deserves!
