Hear Me Out; Wonshik + Hakyeon
Barely a week had passed since Wonshik had succeeded in taking his body back from the demon. It was difficult, really, reintegrating himself into a society he hadn’t been a part of for upwards of three years. He still saw the expressions on peoples faces when they looked at him - they knew his face, and not for any sort of good reason. Wonshik might as well kiss any chance of making real friends goodbye now - even if people were looking at him wondering exactly what had changed. Surely they thought someone must’ve beaten him up or something.
But out of all of the people he wanted to apologize to on behalf of the demon still tucked away inside him, the angel named Hakyeon was at the top of his list. He could track down the hundreds of people Ravi had ‘toyed with’ in the club, but Hakyeon was the one he felt he needed to apologize to.
It had taken him a few days, but he eventually tracked down a home address for one named Hakyeon. He was unsure if it was the right one or not, but it was worth a try. Wonshik was glad Ravi was still lying exhausted in the back of his subconscious - he was probably unaware of anything that was going on, and thank goodness for that. It meant the demon wouldn’t know where to find Hakyeon if Wonshik managed to do so.
Stepping up to the house he’d selected, hoping it was the right one but at the same time worried that it would be, Wonshik adjusted the hat on his head so Hakyeon would see his face immediately. He wanted the angel to know exactly who it was he was talking to - he wanted to let Hakyeon choose whether or not he wanted to listen to his explanation or not. Wonshik felt like he owed him one; but that didn’t mean Hakyeon wanted to listen to it.
Raising his fist, Wonshik knocked on the door several times, sliding his hands into his pockets for a moment but then thinking the better of it and removing them. He wanted Hakyeon to be able to see his hands - that way it didn’t look like he was concealing a knife.
He wasn’t waiting long before he heard the click of the lock and the door began to swing open.
