|✰|Twinkle|✰| Hakyeon and Jimin
Street lamp, dim glow, A light to blanket night like summer slow
Walking into the park, the water witch gazed up at the night sky, admiring every twinkling star that floated out in space. Every little burst of light that danced among the dark void, every twinkle and sparkle that each and every start made, was truly the definition of beauty. Jimin had little to no sense of what beauty was, for she had been convinced through traumatic events that beauty was a thing that was unobtainable, but the stars were also unobtainable, and therefore were the closest thing to beauty she could find.
As she approached the fountain, the young girl took a deep breath in, taking in the lovely sensations of the night. But, as she lifted her arm to begin playing around, she noticed something… odd. Something that appeared like a firefly began hovering in the distance, far enough away that Jimin almost didn’t notice it with her working eye. However, something seemed… off about this creature. Slowly, Jimin approached the floating light, but as she grew closer to it, she began to notice that it wasn’t alone. In fact, it wasn’t even a living creature, just a floating orb of light, and more were coming from a specific direction. They had a source.
The girl began to follow the stream of floating lights, touching a few of them as she walked past. Her face remained blank for the most part, but the curiosity was very blatant in her eyes. But then, as she turned the nearest corner, she spotted someone; a young individual who appeared to be the one creating these light spheres. Jimin herself knew the fear of people catching her using magic, but since this boy was magic too, maybe it was okay to use her powers at this time. As she walked into his line of vision, she engulfed one of his orbs first in water, then in ice, and approached him, letting the now frozen orb float to the side of her.
“You… made these?”
I’m Not Finished - Hakyeon + Ravi
There were several things Ravi looked forward to when he finally gained control of the human’s body again. Most of them only involved letting certain people know he was still around - and he hadn’t forgotten about them. He laughed when he felt Wonshik protesting rather futilely at the back of his mind, in not so many words telling him to cut it out and stop ruining his friendships. But Ravi wouldn’t stop. He didn’t want to stop. He just enjoyed toying with people too much.
So when he discovered that little angel’s phone number in his cellphone, he thought life was quite simply piling the gifts at his feet. He wondered to himself if he could potentially lure the angel somewhere so he could play around more - the issue was he already knew impersonating Wonshik probably wouldn’t work. But he could try.
[Text: Hakyeon^^] hey
[Text: Hakyeon^^] what are u doing?
It was simple. It didn’t betray anything. Wonshik would probably say a similar thing. He entertained himself with thoughts of how Hakyeon would react to receiving the text message. Would he automatically assume it was Wonshik and be perfectly friendly? Or would he be suspicious that maybe it was Ravi? Honestly, he was looking forward to playing this game. He wasn’t finished with the cute little angel. Not by a long shot.
Little Twin Stars | Hakyeon & Bora
Even if the neighborhood is quiet, Bora's house isn't. Simply because her ‘twin’ has decided to come over again.
Cha Hakyeon, the very cause of noise pollution in her house. There he was again, pacing back and forth with his phone held to his chest while she eats some marshmallows, her long legs extended out on the couch. They were never related, simply just like best of friends in the most odd way you can possibly think of. They were born on the same year but they were opposites.
He would usually whine a lot, while Bora on the other hand would rather stay silent and endure things all by herself. She wasn't planning to listen to his whining today, especially when she was watching her favorite movie. "Are you even listening to me!?" He asked, she looked at him and filled her mouth with marshmallows. She throws one at him and waits for him to chill his ass down.
"Can you like.. shut the hell up for five minutes? It's the best part right here, you see!?" She points at the television. She lets him keep on talking while she would busy herself trying to hear the dialogue of the actors in the movie.
"Yah." She suddenly speaks, interrupting him but her eyes were focused on the screen still. "Why don't you just move in here?" The house was huge and she had two maids with her inside the house that could tend to both of their needs. "You keep coming over and all, I prefer that you stay here with me instead."
Bora's family treats Hakyeon like family. There are times even that her brother favors Hakyeon more than her even. "Oppa isn't coming home anytime soon. Mom is going on a trip with her friends next week and they're going to be gone for a month." She didn't have to mention her dad. He knows all too well that he's in Saipan. "Oppa says Paris is good, he's extending his stay there. He told me to visit him if I had time.. told me to drag you along as well." She scoffed when she heard his phone beep, a new message just came in and he moved away from her. Making sure she doesn't see it.
"Who is it?" She frowned as he giggled all to himself. "Yah!" He can't keep secrets from her. She's not going to let him to.
Hear Me Out; Wonshik + Hakyeon
Barely a week had passed since Wonshik had succeeded in taking his body back from the demon. It was difficult, really, reintegrating himself into a society he hadn’t been a part of for upwards of three years. He still saw the expressions on peoples faces when they looked at him - they knew his face, and not for any sort of good reason. Wonshik might as well kiss any chance of making real friends goodbye now - even if people were looking at him wondering exactly what had changed. Surely they thought someone must’ve beaten him up or something.
But out of all of the people he wanted to apologize to on behalf of the demon still tucked away inside him, the angel named Hakyeon was at the top of his list. He could track down the hundreds of people Ravi had ‘toyed with’ in the club, but Hakyeon was the one he felt he needed to apologize to.
It had taken him a few days, but he eventually tracked down a home address for one named Hakyeon. He was unsure if it was the right one or not, but it was worth a try. Wonshik was glad Ravi was still lying exhausted in the back of his subconscious - he was probably unaware of anything that was going on, and thank goodness for that. It meant the demon wouldn’t know where to find Hakyeon if Wonshik managed to do so.
Stepping up to the house he’d selected, hoping it was the right one but at the same time worried that it would be, Wonshik adjusted the hat on his head so Hakyeon would see his face immediately. He wanted the angel to know exactly who it was he was talking to - he wanted to let Hakyeon choose whether or not he wanted to listen to his explanation or not. Wonshik felt like he owed him one; but that didn’t mean Hakyeon wanted to listen to it.
Raising his fist, Wonshik knocked on the door several times, sliding his hands into his pockets for a moment but then thinking the better of it and removing them. He wanted Hakyeon to be able to see his hands - that way it didn’t look like he was concealing a knife.
He wasn’t waiting long before he heard the click of the lock and the door began to swing open.
