Cultivating Seeds of Care: Refresh and Renew in Sangha
After Winter’s introspection, rest and reflection, spring invites us to renew our connections with each other and the natural world, meeting the beauty and the horrors of this moment with our full presence.
This daylong retreat will include guided and silent meditations based in the Buddhist tradition, including walking, eating and loving-kindness practices. Activities are open to all practitioners, with guidance given for new practitioners as well as space for experienced practitioners. All are welcome.

Where: 60 Lowther Ave, Toronto Quaker House
