How much light comes to you depends on you.” ✨⠀ — Excerpt from The Golden Lotus Sutra-Beyond the Mind by Master Choa Kok Sui⠀ ⠀ 🔅🔆🔅⠀ This is the card I picked from our weekly #ArhaticYoga group meditation at #PranicHealingPHFP. ⠀ Can you relate to it?⠀ 🔅🔆🔅⠀ ⠀ Sometimes when we are hoping and praying that God/Universe give us what we are asking for, we can get impatient and even foolishly think that our “wishes weren’t granted”. But maybe it’s just a matter of us being receptive and open to the blessings constantly pouring down on us. Focusing too much on what we want can prevent us from realizing what we have actually already received and even need. Has it happened to you that when you stopped and took the time to notice the things happening in your life that your “wish was actually already granted”? Trust that God/Universe knows best what you need and when you need it. This will help you avoid being frustrated or disappointed. Most of all it will help you become detached to unrealistic expectations. If we have too many expectations and thoughts as to what, how or why things have to be then we might miss the chance to receive blessings or opportunities already present around us; or even worse start blaming. ⠀ ⠀ 🙏🏻🙌🏻✨😌Sit in a quiet corner with your arms and legs uncrossed with your palms facing upwards and mentally or silently say this short blessings/prayer which has helped me and may help you too:⠀ ✳️To the Supreme Universal God, thank you for blessing me with the humility to accept and realize that my limitations are not Your limitations. Thank you for blessing me with the capacity to trust Your Divine Timing in all things in my life and those that I hold dear to my heart. I AM super conductive and super receptive to the blessings to the healing of my body and the healing of my life. I AM open and ready for all the good things around me. Thank you for the blessings.
