i started doubting the truth a while ago.. then it hit me, the truth didn’t change, Jehovah didn’t change. I did. my study habits did. i was slowly adding less and less wood to the fire & all the while wondering why the room was getting colder.

The last time I checked, God can change any heart! There is nothing difficult for Him! PRAY!!

Don't forget to pray for his mother too. Heaven lies under her feet.
The only time I feel at peace is the little moments before fajr. Majority of the time I’m still half asleep for me to feel the full impact but just the thought of the pre fajr moments warms my heart.
Scored the highest mark on my exam yesterday😌

Prayer is Key
We should all pray. This isn't a suggestion. We pray to better our relationship with God. This Is our means of communication. We ask for things through prayer and that's how we receive. Mark 11:24 NIV "Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." If you ask for forgiveness, peace, for your heart to be softened, you will receive it. You must have faith in God.
We pray to strengthen our Spirit as well. Jesus prayed before he got arrested. Mark 14;36 "'Abba, Father,' he said, 'everything is possible for you. Take this cup from me. Yet not what I will, but what you will.'" Jesus was still a man and was overwhelmed. He prayed to God in his time of sorrow. Yes he did ask if his death would pass him by but he also asked for God's will to be done. God gives us strength to go what we feel are the toughest trials.
When we don't pray we aren't communicating with God so we are drifting from him. And it will be so much easier for us to fall into temptation. Mark 14:37 "Then he returned to his disciples and found them sleeping. 'Simon,' he said to Peter, 'are you asleep? Couldn't you keep watch for one hour? Watch and pray so that you will not fall in temptation. The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak.'" Jesus left to pray 3 times and each time he returned they were not praying but they were sleeping. Peter wasn't guarded well and his flesh betrayed him. Mark 14:29-30 "Peter declared, 'Even if all fall away, I will not.' 'Truly I tell you,' Jesus answered, "today -- yes, tonight -- before the rooster crows twice you yourself will disown me three times.'" Jesus warned Peter that he was going to deny him. Instead of praying and strengthening his spirit he was sleeping. His flesh was able to betray him. In Mark 14:66-72 Peter did deny Jesus 3 times before the rooster crowed 2 times.
Stay in prayer Christians!!! We are at war with sin this fight is not to be taken lightly. Remember the spirit is willing to move but the flesh is weak.
