Children, obey your parents in the Lord [that is, accept their guidance and discipline as His representatives], for this is right [for obedience teaches wisdom and self-discipline]. Honor [esteem, value as precious] your father and your mother [and be respectful to them]— this is the first commandment with a promise— so that it may be well with you, and that you may have a long life on the earth.” Ephesians 6:1-3 - *Amplified Bible Heavenly Father, we lift up all parents and grandparents and parents to be to You today, and also those parents who have lost children, and we ask that You would meet their every need. We thank You for all children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, and also the unborn children still in the womb. We thank You for those children whose souls You have called Home to Thy heart according to Thy Will and purpose. Thy Word assures us that You are working all things for good to those who love God and so we know we can trust Thy faithful promises and stand confidently upon them. May You fill every parent who reads this post with Thy perfect peace that passes all understanding. Remove any anxiety and fear they may have about their children, and help them be able to cast their cares and burdens upon You, Lord, for Thy Word says You give us grace and mercy in our time of need whenever we come to Thy Altar in prayer and lift our burdens to You. Thank You, Lord, we Love You, In Jesus mighty name, amen. 🙏 “Therefore let us [with privilege] approach the throne of grace [that is, the throne of God’s gracious favor] with confidence and without fear, so that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find [His amazing] grace to help in time of need [an appropriate blessing, coming just at the right moment].” Hebrews 4:16 - *Amplified Bible https://www.instagram.com/p/BzFVdmwBGlN/?igshid=17j13dm88kdcs
