My mihrab.. why I created this? If Saiyyida Mariam, one of the presidents of syurga and mother to prophet Isa AS, had her own mihrab, I need to have one to call my own... that was after I sat thinking on my prayer mat at night for a long while one day when I was quite under the weather and feeling really lethargic and cluttered, but then I was thinking where should I put one coz my house is not huge unlike others.. I’ve a studio room, so I decided to set it up at my dormer section of the room which was the best spot for putting up bed to sleep.. that was the purpose of why I design the room layout.. so am met with a choice like everything else in my life.. so I sat on this idea for a a few weeks thinking, researching, seeking guidance from Allah, and reading.. Finally, something gotta go.. sleeping bed or a ibadah place to Allah.. which has the higher rewards.. and it said somewhere that when you gave up something for the seek of Allah, Allah will reward you tenfold with something better... so I made my decision.. it was the best decision coz.. I finally in peace doing my ibadah and I felt that malaikat Rahmah and other malaikat/angels and Allah approves this.. coz it’s not cluttered and it’s organized, neat, clean and easy to maneuver.. and if my Soul feels like it missed something in my heart, I just go to my window and I stand up and look up to the sky and do doa.. Alhamdulillah.. I recommend and encourage every Muslim and other readers.. to set up a small area, you can call it meditation room or prayer room coz our soul needs a quiet place to go and recharge or just sit ..
