Tried something new…vegan plant based meat. Game changer! One of my clients mentioned this, so I tried it both ground then as a crumble. Using the ground, I made meatballs. Then I used the crumble combined with salsa, mustard, seasoning, sesame seeds and vegan cheese to make sliders. Yum!! Not something I’ll do often, but for sure as a half-time party or in egg rolls maybe. Now, how is your Monday shaping up? Watching the Foodnetwork🤦🏻♀️.
