As the mother of a young fireman in training who would be here this very minute from Nor Cal were his training a bit further down the road, we owe a debt of gratitude to our first responders and fire personnel that we cannot begin to repay. They sacrifice their lives for our safety. I cannot imagine being on or in the line of a fire.
