My heart hurts for my hometown that's being devastated by this fire. So many people (including my family and many friends) are being evacuated and many homes have already been lost leaving families with nothing. So thankful for the firefighters working around the clock to try and contain the fire. I'm proud of the community for coming together by opening shelters and providing food and clothes to the responders. I might be gone for college, but I'll always be a Kansas girl.
