If Jesus prayed in this manner to the Father in Heaven, what more us? He cried with tears and with loud groanings so God would rescue Him. And God heard Him because he feared the Father in Heaven. Do we have such deep reverence to God the Father? Do we pray sincerely to the point of tears? Or do we just repeat our prayers with memorization of words? Prayers must come from the heart. If you say that you do not know how to pray, then ask the Holy Spirit to guide you. For it is He who teaches us how to pray and what to pray for, (Romans 8:26-27). #praysincerely
