An Introduction ll Victoria & Rebekah

   This new neighbor of hers is pretty in appearance. Someone who could can probably mingle at a party with ease. The manner in which she carries herself suggests a certain amount of confidence. All extremely similar traits to those of another neighbor. One who has caused much trouble since her arrival. To say that this does not concern the matriarch is to tell a lie. To a degree, she does find it worrisome that there are similarities, but she is not entirely worried. The two are obviously not exactly the same. There are bound to be significant differences and she has every intention of finding out what they are. The purpose of this meeting is for the raven haired individual to get an understanding of the kind of person this stranger is. }
