Vision entered the compound living room and found it empty with all the lights out, when suddenly the whole team jumped out, led by Wanda holding a cake, yelling "Happy birthday!"

"Wait, what is this?" Vision said surprised, pointing the cake into the girl's hands

"I know you don't eat Vizh" Wanda smiled "But it can't stop you from having a birthday cake"

"Oh, but is it for me?" he said even more surprised "I ... I didn't expect it"

"That's the concept of a surprise party, that the birthday boy is surprised," Tony yelled

"Well I'm very surprised," laughed Vision

"Come on, make a wish," Sam said

"I ..I.. don't ..." stammered Vision embarrassed, then looked at Wanda and she smiled at him in the sweetest way he had ever seen

"You just have to blow the candle, and think of a wish" she said "And absolutely don't tell anyone what it is, otherwise it won't come true" she laughed

Vision smiled back and blew the candle.

Only one night, many years later, lying in bed with Wanda in his arms, he whispered "Do you remember my first birthday?"

"Yes, i do"

"I remember your smile, you were so beautiful and bright ... I could not help but wish that every birthday was accompanied by your smile, because it would have been the best birthday present I could ask for"

Toni had spent countless hours trying to track the missing quinjet after it had disappeared with the Hulk inside.  It hadn’t occurred to her until she had been days without sleep that it might be easier to just hack the onboard computer.  Remotely connecting, she was glad that the Hulk didn’t know to disable the computer, but was annoyed to find that even with this connection she was still unable to determine a location.  Taking a chance, she typed up a message for if Bruce happened to be paying attention.  

“Big green?  Any chance you’ll tell me where you are?”

prompt: Bucky/Rumlow and the Sad Apartment of Trash

A delicately subtle trash remix of the CA:CW apartment scene with Bucky going out to buy plums, but when he returns... It's Crossbones who's waiting in his apartment. There's no police. There's no cross-border European manhunt. There's just Rumlow, who spent a significant proportion of his post-Insight recovery time catching up on Bucky's classified trash files, and now expects the exact same kind of service 'the Asset' used to give Pierce. And Bucky doesn't run. Doesn't even try to resist. 'Cause every single time he's run away from HYDRA, they've always caught up with him. And finding Rumlow in his apartment fractures his last shred of hope that, with the organisation gone, this time he could actually be free. Cue Rumlow making himself at home - reading Bucky's diaries, eating his food, wearing his clothes - and violating Bucky's living space as much as his body. Bonus point: For Rumlow giving Bucky a present - his muzzle - and making Bucky wear it while he's raped.

First lines:

There is no point trying to sneak up on the Winter Soldier, even if he’s not technically the Winter Soldier anymore, so Rumlow just knocks on the front door. He keeps one hand on the pistol he has holstered at his side, barely hidden under his jacket, but it’s more of a talisman than anything else. Rumlow isn’t dumb enough to think he stands a chance if the man inside this apartment actually wants to fight him.

But there are no gunshots, no killing blows that come out of nowhere. Instead, Rumlow just waits for a few moments next to the stairwell in the shitty building, and his surroundings smell faintly of someone cooking dinner in another apartment, and finally from behind the door someone says: “Who is it.”
