So this week I have had three meals out and about to have my fourth this afternoon.
Tuesday Night: Dinner at the movie theater place
Wednesday: Lunch at Jason's Deli and Little Cesar for Dinner
Thursday (today): Panera for lunch
It hasn’t been anything crazy or over the top, and everything has been tracked, but I know my body is feeling it because I am up 3lbs right now (shhhhh it was a mid week check-in). Granted I am sure eating the pizza at 10pm last night could cause a little bloat, but I need to focus on the rest of the week and not let myself grow weak with staying on track.
So, tonight I will be cooking a nice veggie loaded dinner and tomorrow will a packed lunch. Ironically tomorrow I am going to see a movie with friends after work, but I have decided because of this weeks eating I WILL NOT order any popcorn. Perhaps I will pop my own bag and bring it in. I need to figure out snacks to bring into the movie that will inevitably be my dinner too.
FRIDAY GOAL: WAKE UP EARLY AND GET A 45 MINUTE WALK IN SO I DON’T HAVE TO DO IT LATE LATE AFTER THE MOVIE!

Side Note: I have decided to push my goals till the end of the week instead of the send of September. That way I can close the week off on a high accountability
