Hey! Your blog was really inspirational and I love the honesty. Was looking at doing the 90 day plan as just bought the book, not sure whether to take the plunge, is there freedom in it? Thanks for the excellent motivation!
There’s freedom in Cycle 2 which I’m on at the moment, Cycle 1 is mostly set meals that you can mix up a bit and deconstruct if you’re creative enough to! You get a list of meals to pick from so there’s freedom there, and in Cycle 2 you get given a list of ingredients and get to pick and mix what you’d like to eat. I’d say give the book a go first doing HIITs 4/5 times a week and see how you feel about it!
