I'm going to be real and blunt, so I apologize if it seems like I'm being a bitch or anything but I'm really not trying to come across that way! But anyway, it seems like he's quite indecisive which is normal for an immature young boy. Even though I know your feelings for him are strong and you want to be with him so bad, he will probably continue to have no idea what he wants and therefore getting other girls' hopes up even if he ends up leaving his girlfriend for you. I know it hurts seeing him with another girl, but believe me, if you let go and wait until you and most guys are older and mature enough to have a healthy relationship, you will save yourself SO much more pain. These 4 years of high school can be the best years of your life if you take the focus off of this boy and start living for yourself and enjoying life without having to deal with boy drama. Let him do his thing and grow up, and who knows? Maybe when he becomes mature enough to know what he wants you guys will be able to pursue a healthy relationship. But for now it looks like you need to take a break and put boys on hold and put yourself first.
