"Club Hand"
Let me clarify what "club hand" actually is...
Club hand happens when a proper 3-part breading procedure is not followed. A 3-part breading is great for everything from chicken to eggplant but when all of the 3 parts build up on your hands from mixing the wet with dry ingredients.......You get club hand.
It is very important to use one hand for the wet stuff and the other for the dry stuff. This prevents the build-up that doesn't look or taste any good. This build-up on your hands also causes lumps in the chosen breaded item....not good looking.
So please, use proper procedures when breading your favorite foods!
