LIKE for a preestablished relationship/plotting line with Roy… BUT have at least one category in mind before I hop in your IMs !

I entirely get the urge of wanting to roleplay, expand our muses together, and this is my personal starting pack for Archer! If you’re hooked to one category but don’t think your muse can fit still HMU about it and I’ll see how we can work that out!

REMINDER I HAVE A LOT OF THREADS. Like often a lot. Roleplaying is something that effortlessly really relaxes me, but I am still one human. I like to see all my threads through no matter how long the wait is and do my best ! Thus we might not be threading right off the bat depending on how much stuff I have, but everything established can get into asks, dash shenanigans, etc. What matters is that it shapes our characters. 🙏

FRIENDS. Ha. Good joke. Roy has no one he’d consider a friend.

ENEMIES. Despite having part of his power stolen by his past disciples, Roy is still a man of incredible talent and martial prowess, being able to take down groups that are even made of supernatural beings through millenniums of trained strategy, paired with a perfect knowledge of his own body and abilities. He uses those abilities to fight corruption in the world, and anyone who does wrong is a target. However, he is still only one man, with time against him. Despite not making your character’s life entirely crumble, he is definitely someone who eradicates any operation he decides will end, even if it is a hydra who will regain its end shortly afterwards.

RIVALS. Even with his idealistic virtues and actions, Roy is still a strong realist, who realizes the limits of what he can do. This means mingling with people of questionable morals to attain a greater goal. Your character is one of those people. An informant or maybe a lawyer, who probably judge his way of being, but as long as he pays you back (be it with money or something else)...

EXES. Due to social pressure, Roy has had at time to date the occasional girl who fancied him. It, however, always tended to only last a few months and not even be a consummated relationship, as Roy’s partner would, past his dazzling qualities of “marriage material”, figure he never liked them, despite not having done anything wrong during their relationship. This profile fits any presenting female muses who are the upstanding citizens type and would be willing to give Roy a shot at love !

PROFESSIONAL PEERS. Roy studies and work in environmental research, with an emphasis on mammals protection. The field is one where he socializes with many people, from other researches, interns, staff on the field or out of the field, professors or even people involved in politics to get projects funded and approved. It is a notable environment, because it is a field that is truly, deeply important to him, and both his straightforwardness and passion for duty shine the most there... even if his personal life is entirely walled off from this one. Quite self explanatory !  

SUPERNATURAL PEER. Roy is not the only one who has lived longer than what is now nowadays’ humans life length expectation. Even if none are from his time or went through the same thing as him, they can always relate to a brand of pain and obstacles which no others can imagine. This profile fit supernatural beings who wouldn’t fit in other categories, beings which are more defined by their nature than mimicking a mortal lifestyle. They’d usually be relatively neutral people who’d be willing to approach Roy to give him some form of company. Even if it is in the most silent, mundane way, those relationships are of significance. They can have seen the end of mankind once and its rebirth, or they can also be a few centuries old in this era.

COLLEAGUES AND REGULARS. Roy is a masseur at a hotel spa. Despite being seemingly a mundane position, those are people who still get to socialize with him on a regular basis... which basically never happens in his personal life. Witness his peculiar character different moods, and maybe want to get involved with it, or comment on it.

DISCIPLES. In one of his most significant lifetime, Roy had four disciples in a temple set in East Asia. As he grew himself immensely powerful to the point he’d been labeled a deity for the generations to come, so did the students he took under his wing. Tales even imply that those disciples might have come from other time and worlds, as the concentration of lifeflow in the temple affected reality itself. Despite their betrayal, it would be no wonder if such powerful beings, having taken away a piece of power from their master, would be reborn. This profile fits muses with a strong sense of virtue and justice who’d be willing to dip their muse into my canon ! I’d be more than happy to tell you what I set as a reason for Roy’s disciples to turn on him, but if you find an even better idea I am all for it; I am, after all, roleplaying here and not just writing on my own, it can be OUR story too ! The idea here is for Roy’s disciples to have taken as much lifeflow from him as they could for themselves out of his remains, giving them the ability to be reborn with their abilities and appearance, albeit at a much, much slower pace than Roy can do, and without their concrete memory or very little of it (unlike Roy who slowly recalls them at all time).

PAST LIFETIME. Not everyone who supported (or not) Roy was a chosen one, or even a martial artist. In his past lives, Roy had numerous bonds, like them or not. Usually from local villages as he preferred much more tranquil and calm areas to settle, atop of borrowing the local blacksmiths’ workshop at times for his own work. This profile fits muses coming from ancient type of settings as their main asset and would like to interact through Roy’s past lifetimes, who’d, in his own way, potentially carry their own legacy in the next one.

ANOTHER LIFETIME. Roy’s idea of being the last of his civilization is set in stone. However, he has lived many lifetimes, some which were entirely lost and there is no real telling how much he’s been through as he, himself, lost touch with the world and time. The life cycle goes on, even if it is not the same. And people are reborn from the essence of others, maybe to meet again in another lifetime. This profile can truly fit anyone, mortals or not, who’d be willing to have Roy and their muse having met in another life, with the mental memories gone, but the physical ones staying. Energies will naturally bring them close to one another, like they know each others but they actually don’t, not in this lifetime yet.

THE HIGH PRIESTESS (?). The High Priestess’ lifeflow fused with Roy when she decided to give him her gift to be eternal. Although she remains inside him alongside their civilization, life works in mysterious ways. And there is no telling that, somehow, her, but not her power, her as a person, can someday find him again. This profile is not something I’m actively looking for, but definitely an option for someone who wants to go KNEES DEEP in this with me hahaha. It is most likely to fit muses who already has a backstory of being reborn from power, and have a very close persona than Roy’s biography describe. The High Priestess DOESN’T have to be limited to only female muses, they can be of any gender, both in the past and present, or have been a woman in another lifetime and be reborn another gender, etc. since the Firsts’ mentality were in deeper levels than individualistic labels. The matter was of no real importance to them, and the appellation Priestess, as in feminine, was chosen out of a tone that whoever held this title was to be motherly. Despite their strong bond, the Priestess is not the same as she was anymore, and so is Roy. They will never be the same again. Despite this plot running deep, it doesn’t guarantee any form of relationship with Roy, and will develop on chemistry through interactions.

BUSINESS PEERS. Archer’s professional and very efficient work ethic made him notorious in unspoken matters as someone who will get things done with no needs of public recognition… which would lead to inner, private and ultimately more treasured recognition. He used to have clients, partners and met a lot of others at parties he went frequently to, mostly charity parties often disguised as business ones. Those partners may have known his father, maybe his grandfather, or maybe they’re fresh right out the bat, maybe the Kessler company sought them, maybe your muse’s company sought them and you stumbled upon him. Mind you that Archer has made the scandalous decision to sell the majority of his actions towards the company and doesn’t get more involved than necessary with its activities. This profile fits to every muse high enough in the business ranks to meet Archer; at least chief of a team in a department. It’s all about title. Do be reminded that the Kessler company is known to have an illegal and scandalous history as of NOW and that a lawful good muse would probably not want to be associated with it, or any muse wanting to go legal.

LEGAL WORKERS. With the horribly enormous pile of cases Archer’s been involved with, he needs a lawyer cabinet to back him and his business. Multiple ones. Maybe it is a genuinely crooked one, or a blindly optimistic one who believes his claims of innocence and being against the world, maybe the whole cabinet is broken and as a newly employed lawyer you are still too innocent until you notice. Law enforcers and government representatives knows how much Archer is guilty (or not), making him infamous in their ranks as one of those irritating cases where the system doesn’t seem to work. For muses working in the justice system, on any side, from judge to prison guard.

“FRIENDS”. Archer lost all of his friends when he was accused and imprisoned. He would have done the same thing; every one who was still linked by friendship to him risked everything. You’re one of those, because you’re not an idiot… or maybe you are and you did lose everything to keep your integrity. Or maybe you really were too stupid and loyal and believed Archer did nothing. This applies to particular muses who can fit in a scenario like this. Although for the sake of social standing Archer could “befriend” quite some people, he had a particular preference towards artists and introverted yet talented minds who had lots of potential, wanting to make them grow.

CRIMINALS. Con artists, mafiosos, yakuzas, drug dealers, maybe assassins, thieves, hackers, corrupted law enforcement agents, rich guys with illegal fetishes… Archer has dealt at least with all of them at least once. As a “cleaner” before he finally sat down on the CEO chair, Archer was the one who by circumstances became known for his professionalism, cool head and ability to erase any evidence from even the most alarming and need-to-be-quickly-done situation. Even a killer who does so as a hobby or for personal gain would eventually be caught as he goes on, unless he can take a contract or too, and have him give a helping hand in exchange for secrecy.  This applies to muses with at least a medium-ranked profile in the underground (so no simple alley drug dealer unless plotted).

ENTERTAINERS & SEX WORKERS. Given how Archer sees sex as being an extremely powerful tool, he often got around the latter, choosing carefully which escort he’ll personally put at his services. Archer kept the best ones at hand, to please contacts and clients. He respects them for their work, but he wanted professionalism from you and not cry if you got almost cut in half after a night. Although he stepped down from his CEO position, Archer was pushed into his sire’s hotel line, which secretly dealt with human trafficking and prostitution. With his experience, he slowly is coming back and is moving all his contacts over there, wanting to change his approach. Despite the need of running a very real business, he cannot ignore the amount of work his sire’s illegal business brings. This profile fills every muse working in the sex business outside camshows and movies. They don’t have to be the ones close to Archer.

VICTIM(S). Archer is a very high-rated criminal. Although he has only been found guilty of extortion, corruption, blackmailing, piracy and other business-linked crimes, he was accused but not found guilty of sequestration, serial murder, serial rape, torture, committing indignity to a body, publishing obscene material, harassment, insert lots of other legal terms surrounding this. Accusations which have been highly mediatized given how high profile he was at the time, him being used as a scapegoat and the scandal only worsened when it was said it was both on minors and adults. I won’t get too much on what the truth is, but if you’d like your muse to be victim of Archer’s real crime(s), do hit me up I’ll be very selective on this given it’s important to his background story. This profile would fit highly disturbed muse, hobos, prostitutes, people living in very poor districts, pretty much people who have the perfect victim profile. OR it can also be other businessmen, common people, those who would have their life ruined indirectly or directly any organization Archer was or is involved with, the most common being as putting you in debt with the mafia knocking at your door to kill you, break your legs or torture someone you love until you give them what they want.

NEAR THE VICTIM(S). There are suspicions your friend/lover/brother/whatever was done wrong because of Archer. Maybe you’re the one who pressed charges. Maybe it’s not you, but in some way you were involved indirectly in the scandal and it did something to you and you have your own opinion on it. Maybe you seek where Archer is to kill him, maybe just talk to him and understand… something.This profile fits a muse who has lost someone close to them in suspicious circumstances.

PARTNER IN CRIME. You were there and you liked every bit of it probably (or if not you’re surely dead). VERY SELECTIVE. This profile fits muse with probable sociopathic and/or psychopathic tendencies who knows their way across the most fucked-up places of the underworld.

OBSESSION. High profile criminals with atrocious records are known to, sadly, have, yes,fans. Your muse believes that Archer did most of what he was accused for, choose to your discretion. Maybe they wanted to visit him, maybe they sent him gifts and mails, maybe they were already almost obsessed with him BEFORE he was accused given his bit of a disturbed but extremely charismatic and successful behavior and just FELL more as he was sequestrated. This profile fits muse going to the simple nerd with morbid curiosity to the very intense stalker.

MATCHMAKING. Since his teens, Archer has met multiple people for a potential marriage; the woman in question and the relatives that accompany her. And… when bored, his sister has the nasty habit of wanting to play matchmaker with him; Archer may not be the best person, but he’d hate to not make up to someone his hell of a relative tricked. Self explanatory. Archer’s sister, Eve (Everleigh), is owner of two modern galleries, so single people susceptible to befriend her could fall into that trap.

SCHOOL FACES. Archer cut next to every tie which couldn’t help in business after he graduated from university. It was brutal and without much warning although given how he was drawn to his duty, nobody was surprised. Archer got schooled at home as a child after becoming a depressed before going to a rich high-end private school. Afterwards, he became a star tennis player and the moral support of the team. He was also the president of a literature club where he was able to bond a bit with nerds and was known to tutors younger kids he believed had potential to help his reputation or parents who had power to help his family. Archer was mostly loved by everyone, but still bullied the weak or didn’t hesitate to stomp on other to raise himself higher. Victims of his young impulses, partner or rival in the tennis court, maybe the librarian, maybe a classmate, maybe someone from another school who always saw him and wanted to know him. This profile fits muses that Archer would not talk to unless he knew them from the past. Mostly younger muses that leads a life that has nothing to do with his work. RP can be during his younger years or simply skipped to the main verse.

MEALS. As a vampire, Archer consolidated his hypnotic powers and feeding, starting to leave some preys alive, but dazed and forgetful at times. On top of the numbness and blinding aphrodisiac the poison in his biting provides, he is able to leave the impression like their meeting was a dream; victims will remember vaguely his face, voice or other depending on characters, but not remember the feeding. However, willing and loyal ones may even befriend Archer, who finds consenting people much easier to deal with than laying bodies and sudden disappearances. This profile fits grey morale muses, ones who loves the supernatural, masochists, etc. who’d trade their blood and silence in exchange of being around a vampire. Archer only feeds on females if they ask directly for it or if there is nothing else, highly preferring to feed on males, which is linked to his sexual preferences.

RED LIGHT DISTRICT. Archer has become a prominent figure of the red light district; as the one guy who owned everything (which is not true, but blown out of proportions). Due to the forceful, ruthless and undeniably lustful reputation his sire has, being the envoy puts him in a powerful position where the line between him and the one who turned him might blur to others, as if they were the same person. Anything new in the district goes through him and pros and cons are weighted for healthy competition. Outside the hotels and their affiliated businesses, Archer personally owns two bars; one is lounge gay bar and the other one of the same style, only for the supernaturals of every shape and form, with products to cater their needs. Both are actually places made to cater to his difficult and high maintenance taste; if you cannot find it, do it yourself. Those bars include their own staff, which he selects himself to make sure nobody he would find inappropriate works under his image. As for the hotel line itself, it includes its own staff, administration, underground administration and staff, restaurant staff and entertainment staff for diverse shows and parties thrown. This profile fits any muse which would frequent the red light district, from newcomers to others looking for a job, frequent visitors and owners of businesses. From the woman who runs an escort club with a heart of steel to the bartender who just wants to pay his education fees to the security guard who has nightmare about the noises he hears behind closed doors.

HITMEN. You were paid to fuck with him, but thing is it’s pretty complicated. This profile is picky since obviously the attempt is going to fail and you cannot always RP back and forth attempts. This would be nearly a comical bond with a need to plot a resolution depending on your muse!

SUBMISSIVES. Archer’s history as a dom was… infamous. Long story short, he was known to be good, but dangerous. With a more stable mind he wouldn’t mind going back to one of his favorite hobbies. The deal is simple; he owns the person obviously, no penetration sex, no deep kissing, no romance (which doesn’t mean no affection or love) and not to start screaming about it on the streets. Although he wouldn’t mind so much now to play by the rules, if allowed Archer will become ruthless, enjoying giving permanent marks on others and inflict gradually harsher punishments or rewards. This profile fits, well, masochists and submissives people, from any form and shape really (a victim is a victim) who are willing to give their body for a mutual game, be they be paying Archer or not. Very selective… because Archer is difficult. The way he treats your muse can be from pretty sweet to downward harsh… entirely depends on what degree he finds your muse attractive. Beware scars and broken parts. Sessions can last from one evening to a whole weekend.

FELLOW “ABSOLUTELY HUMANS”. Quinn’s specie inherently identify any being that is extraterrestrial, which causes a fight or flight response as he has no idea if his poor slime form is going to be eaten at any moment. Nonetheless, this make for unique relationships Quinn can’t have with any human being. This profile fits muses which are extraterrestrial, but this type of bond can extend to any non-human or being with a supernatural ability !

GUARDIANS. Quinn usually sleeps under people’s porch and houses, resting in the dark where no one can reach in his slime disposition. The fact that he doesn’t mind doesn’t mean he likes warmer, dryer and more comfortable places to rest, and especially to eat; human food is much more easy to digest than anything else despite being able to nourish himself of virtually anything. Quinn looks like a wanderer, and be you aware of his unusual origins or not, you’re willing to leave your roof or a meal to this charming young man on a regular/periodical basis.

TEACHERS. Quinn is technically very young, despite being the equivalent of a grown adult. His lack of experience shows and he is constantly brimming with questions and gets into plenty of trouble. This pushes caring and nurturing souls to explain to him everything. Wiser ones who are also charmed by his ignorant yet pure behaviour.

FANS / PALS. Quinn has fans! Especially in places where youths gather such as campuses, internet cafés and karaoke places. With his bright smiles, charisma and easy-to-approach friendliness, he makes friends very quickly. They don’t know each others deeply, but maybe they do want to get closer? Nonetheless, you spent time going to Quinn to cheer you up and have some fun, and he appreciates you the same... if you can remember it. Quinn’s also a big flirt. He kisses, hugs and pets quite freely, so introvert can easily get attached to him too! This profile fits most likely young adults on campuses, from geeky to trendy who are attracted to him be it in any way from platonically to romantically.

DATES. Being a big flirt, Quinn has been asked out. Maybe the date is to come or maybe it did happen. Nonetheless, he accepted to be your partner for a day and try doing some “couple” activities. Very casual and free, it is hard to tell if Quinn is serious or not, but given how nice it is to go out with him as he cathers to your preferences, it was most likely memorable for you. Which direction this goes is really up to both parties! This profile fits most likely young adults on campuses, from geeky to trendy who are attracted to him be it in any way from platonically to romantically.

MILITARY PEERS. Be it someone of the same rank, above or below, fellow militaries all have a particular bond by the fact that hey went through roughly the same thing, albeit it can go on the wild side. Be it from another country or from the same place, from being another soldier or the lady that gave food at lunch time, at some point you and Jael were in the same camp. This profile fits any muse who can fit an occupation into a military setting.

MISSION PEERS. Different from military peers, you didn’t necessarily know Jael while he was doing his everyday work, you two collaborated in action, be it to handle a hostage situation or launch an attack on a terrorist camp. Be it in the Middle East where he did earlier service or right in New York City where you had to juggle between politics and doing your duty, you were both on the same case and had to work your way through it. This profile fits any muse who has undergone military type of missions, they do not have to be officials; they can be mercenaries, criminals, anything goes.

BLACK OPS. At the peak of his career, Jael was part of the black operations. Nasty stuff with no records. See the ugly side of the nation, the whole world. A “good” soldier, he followed orders and did like everyone else his best to not be too emotionally scarred. However, as Jael became a branded traitor due to an inside machination from higher ups, several of his peers were killed and he found himself on the run. Whether your character also survived but think of Jael dead or you are still loyal to the army without having been betrayed, you two know what no one else do.  This profile fits muses who excels in what they do under military operations, they do not have to be officials; they ca nbe mercenaries, criminals, anything goes. It also targets characters who are in hiding with a convoluted lifestyle.

PAST FRIENDS. At some point in your life, you spent a consequent amount of time in Canada. There, you may have met a young farm boy who scraped his bleeding knees wounds on top of his knees wounds, or a tired young man who drank beers, played hockey and smoked weed with no idea where he was going. Maybe you went to the same secondary school. Although he had a lot of flaws, you befriended this person, maybe you were rivals through the sports team you were sharing or dated after meeting at the park you were both walking your dog at, with who you built youthful memories. This profile fits muses that range around 30+ years old who were at the time chummy enough to attract such a normie jock/slacker.

GIRLFRIENDS. Unlike dates that would be consider past friends, Jael had some serious girlfriends. That lasted several months, maybe even one or two years. They most likely broke up due to his insenstivity and immaturity, most likely your character became an adult while he stayed a kid the whole time. Still, you two spent so much time together, so many memories of young love, that it’s a unique bond that shaped how you both are. This profile fits female muses (or male muses before their transition) who range around 25+ years old. Mostly good-looking people who could handle such a normie like him to consider dating him.

ONE ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). Alcohol was most likely involved. Jael is casual when it comes to sex and your character has caught his fancy. You two spent the night together and... really, that was it. This profile fits female muses (or male muses before their transition) who are casual about sex and are quite open about it, with having, at least at the time, very feminine type of attire, most likely along the mainstream type.

PRISON BREAK. From being in the same gang in the caucasian corner of the yard to the guard he kept bugging when he was born, you were in a high security prison alongside John Smith, which was Jael fake name at the time. His chumminess, loyalty and muscular build helped him be on the good side of others despite the rougth environment. However, he was also known, like it or not, to participate in humiliating others who didn’t do the way they wanted, both sexually and physically to keep the jungle in control. If you ever talked, faught or just ate together, you witnessed John’s behaviour, and then, he broke out and was never seen again. This profile fits male muses who worked in a prison or were jailed.

FARM BOI. Jael grew up on the countryside in a numerous siblings family and like any of those, every mouth to feed at to pull their weight. You were involved in the market, be it as another farm or the kid of the trucker who took the bounty to the city. You saw Jael grow up (quite pathetically, to be honest...) alongside yourself and so many days spent together, although it was work, don’t go unnoticed. Atop of that, it’s always in those areas that town gossip and families pressure to find your future match too. This profile virtually fits any muse who worked actively with farmers.

DRINKING BUDS. He’s nearly 40 and is Canadian; Jael loves beer and will go to any pub that sells chips and nice a microbrewery drink. As a usual drinker yourself, patron gets to know patron, just by sight even, and sometimes exchange a drink or two, unbeknowst at times of the history of the other. PREESTABLISHED REFERENCE FOR QUINN.

I entirely get the urge of wanting to roleplay, expand our muses together, and this is my personal starting pack for Quinn! f you’re hooked to one category but don’t think your muse can fit still HMU about it and I’ll see how we can work that out! REMINDER I HAVE A LOT OF THREADS. Like often a lot. Roleplaying is something that effortlessly really relaxes me, but I am still one human. I like to see all my threads through no matter how long the wait is and do my best ! Thus we might not be threading right off the bat depending on how much stuff I have, but everything established can get into asks, dash shenanigans, etc. What matters is that it shapes our characters. 🙏

FELLOW “ABSOLUTELY HUMANS”. Quinn’s specie inherently identify any being that is extraterrestrial, which causes a fight or flight response as he has no idea if his poor slime form is going to be eaten at any moment. Nonetheless, this make for unique relationships Quinn can’t have with any human being. This profile fits muses which are extraterrestrial, but this type of bond can extend to any non-human or being with a supernatural ability !

GUARDIANS. Quinn usually sleeps under people’s porch and houses, resting in the dark where no one can reach in his slime disposition. The fact that he doesn’t mind doesn’t mean he likes warmer, dryer and more comfortable places to rest, and especially to eat; human food is much more easy to digest than anything else despite being able to nourish himself of virtually anything. Quinn looks like a wanderer, and be you aware of his unusual origins or not, you’re willing to leave your roof or a meal to this charming young man on a regular/periodical basis.

TEACHERS. Quinn is technically very young, despite being the equivalent of a grown adult. His lack of experience shows and he is constantly brimming with questions and gets into plenty of trouble. This pushes caring and nurturing souls to explain to him everything. Wiser ones who are also charmed by his ignorant yet pure behaviour.

FANS / PALS. Quinn has fans! Especially in places where youths gather such as campuses, internet cafés and karaoke places. With his bright smiles, charisma and easy-to-approach friendliness, he makes friends very quickly. They don’t know each others deeply, but maybe they do want to get closer? Nonetheless, you spent time going to Quinn to cheer you up and have some fun, and he appreciates you the same… if you can remember it. Quinn’s also a big flirt. He kisses, hugs and pets quite freely, so introvert can easily get attached to him too! This profile fits most likely young adults on campuses, from geeky to trendy who are attracted to him be it in any way from platonically to romantically.

DATES. Being a big flirt, Quinn has been asked out. Maybe the date is to come or maybe it did happen. Nonetheless, he accepted to be your partner for a day and try doing some “couple” activities. Very casual and free, it is hard to tell if Quinn is serious or not, but given how nice it is to go out with him as he cathers to your preferences, it was most likely memorable for you. Which direction this goes is really up to both parties! This profile fits most likely young adults on campuses, from geeky to trendy who are attracted to him be it in any way from platonically to romantically.

FRIENDS. Ha. Good joke. Roy has no one he’d consider a friend.

ENEMIES. Despite having part of his power stolen by his past disciples, Roy is still a man of incredible talent and martial prowess, being able to take down groups that are even made of supernatural beings through millenniums of trained strategy, paired with a perfect knowledge of his own body and abilities. He uses those abilities to fight corruption in the world, and anyone who does wrong is a target. However, he is still only one man, with time against him. Despite not making your character’s life entirely crumble, he is definitely someone who eradicates any operation he decides will end, even if it is a hydra who will regain its end shortly afterwards.

RIVALS. Even with his idealistic virtues and actions, Roy is still a strong realist, who realizes the limits of what he can do. This means mingling with people of questionable morals to attain a greater goal. Your character is one of those people. An informant or maybe a lawyer, who probably judge his way of being, but as long as he pays you back (be it with money or something else)…

EXES. Due to social pressure, Roy has had at time to date the occasional girl who fancied him. It, however, always tended to only last a few months and not even be a consummated relationship, as Roy’s partner would, past his dazzling qualities of “marriage material”, figure he never liked them, despite not having done anything wrong during their relationship. This profile fits any presenting female muses who are the upstanding citizens type and would be willing to give Roy a shot at love !

PROFESSIONAL PEERS. Roy studies and work in environmental research, with an emphasis on mammals protection. The field is one where he socializes with many people, from other researches, interns, staff on the field or out of the field, professors or even people involved in politics to get projects funded and approved. It is a notable environment, because it is a field that is truly, deeply important to him, and both his straightforwardness and passion for duty shine the most there… even if his personal life is entirely walled off from this one. Quite self explanatory !  

SUPERNATURAL PEER. Roy is not the only one who has lived longer than what is now nowadays’ humans life length expectation. Even if none are from his time or went through the same thing as him, they can always relate to a brand of pain and obstacles which no others can imagine. This profile fit supernatural beings who wouldn’t fit in other categories, beings which are more defined by their nature than mimicking a mortal lifestyle. They’d usually be relatively neutral people who’d be willing to approach Roy to give him some form of company. Even if it is in the most silent, mundane way, those relationships are of significance. They can have seen the end of mankind once and its rebirth, or they can also be a few centuries old in this era.

COLLEAGUES AND REGULARS. Roy is a masseur at a hotel spa. Despite being seemingly a mundane position, those are people who still get to socialize with him on a regular basis… which basically never happens in his personal life. Witness his peculiar character different moods, and maybe want to get involved with it, or comment on it.

DISCIPLES. In one of his most significant lifetime, Roy had four disciples in a temple set in East Asia. As he grew himself immensely powerful to the point he’d been labeled a deity for the generations to come, so did the students he took under his wing. Tales even imply that those disciples might have come from other time and worlds, as the concentration of lifeflow in the temple affected reality itself. Despite their betrayal, it would be no wonder if such powerful beings, having taken away a piece of power from their master, would be reborn. This profile fits muses with a strong sense of virtue and justice who’d be willing to dip their muse into my canon ! I’d be more than happy to tell you what I set as a reason for Roy’s disciples to turn on him, but if you find an even better idea I am all for it; I am, after all, roleplaying here and not just writing on my own, it can be OUR story too ! The idea here is for Roy’s disciples to have taken as much lifeflow from him as they could for themselves out of his remains, giving them the ability to be reborn with their abilities and appearance, albeit at a much, much slower pace than Roy can do, and without their concrete memory or very little of it (unlike Roy who slowly recalls them at all time).

PAST LIFETIME. Not everyone who supported (or not) Roy was a chosen one, or even a martial artist. In his past lives, Roy had numerous bonds, like them or not. Usually from local villages as he preferred much more tranquil and calm areas to settle, atop of borrowing the local blacksmiths’ workshop at times for his own work. This profile fits muses coming from ancient type of settings as their main asset and would like to interact through Roy’s past lifetimes, who’d, in his own way, potentially carry their own legacy in the next one.

ANOTHER LIFETIME. Roy’s idea of being the last of his civilization is set in stone. However, he has lived many lifetimes, some which were entirely lost and there is no real telling how much he’s been through as he, himself, lost touch with the world and time. The life cycle goes on, even if it is not the same. And people are reborn from the essence of others, maybe to meet again in another lifetime. This profile can truly fit anyone, mortals or not, who’d be willing to have Roy and their muse having met in another life, with the mental memories gone, but the physical ones staying. Energies will naturally bring them close to one another, like they know each others but they actually don’t, not in this lifetime yet.

THE HIGH PRIESTESS (?). The High Priestess’ lifeflow fused with Roy when she decided to give him her gift to be eternal. Although she remains inside him alongside their civilization, life works in mysterious ways. And there is no telling that, somehow, her, but not her power, her as a person, can someday find him again. This profile is not something I’m actively looking for, but definitely an option for someone who wants to go KNEES DEEP in this with me hahaha. It is most likely to fit muses who already has a backstory of being reborn from power, and have a very close persona than Roy’s biography describe. The High Priestess DOESN’T have to be limited to only female muses, they can be of any gender, both in the past and present, or have been a woman in another lifetime and be reborn another gender, etc. since the Firsts’ mentality were in deeper levels than individualistic labels. The matter was of no real importance to them, and the appellation Priestess, as in feminine, was chosen out of a tone that whoever held this title was to be motherly. Despite their strong bond, the Priestess is not the same as she was anymore, and so is Roy. They will never be the same again. Despite this plot running deep, it doesn’t guarantee any form of relationship with Roy, and will develop on chemistry through interactions.
