Even though I’m pregnant 🤰 I still continue with my plant based protein shakes in the morning and have a little something extra if I’m still hungry. It’s providing all the nutrients I need to start my day and definitely gives me that boost in energy. As for supplements I’m taking Pregnacare and a plant based omega (contains omega 3,5,5,7 and 9) which helps babies brain development and a berry capsule to help fight the antioxidants. I know I’m giving baby the best head start in life. Age is nothing but a number but when you’re 40 it comes with high risks during pregnancy so I need to try and stay as healthy as I can be and give Baby the right nutrients.
