Prelude organized the annual summer festival – GRISMA UTSAV 2018 by the Odia Language, Literature and Culture Department in association with the Odisha Sangeeta Nataka Akademi, Odisha Tourism and the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) from 1st – 3rd June 2018 at Tourist Interpretation Centre , Bhubaneswar. Minister, W & CD and Mission Shakti , SS & EPD , MS & ME, Prafulla Samal inaugurated Grisma Utsav, 2018 in the presence of Tourism and Culture Mister Ashok Chandra Panda . MP Dr Prasanna Kumar Patasani was present as the guest of honour. MLAs Debi Prasad Mishra, Bijay Kumar Mohanty and Priyadarshi Mishra, Commissioner-Cum-Secretary, Odia Language, Literature & Cultural Department, Manoranjan Panigrahy, Director Bijaya Kumar Nayak , and Odisha Sangeeta Natak Akademi Secretary Dr Bijaya Kumar Jena were present, among others. The three days festival witnessed food stalls and ORMAS (Odisha Rural Development and Marketing Society). The denizens got to also experience the melodious singing sensation of Ollywood Ira Mohanty and group dance performance by Padmashree Aruna Mohanty’s Odisha Dance Academy.
