i was occupied with translating Norwegian poetry when suddenly asked to translate this article from El País for Gazeta Wyborcza on two wonderful people, a gynecologist who has been helping violated women in Kongo and a Yezidi woman traumatized after being violated and now helping other women suffering the same hell, who received Sacharov Award. A must read. I was nearly crying while i was translating it.
