In between confusing lockdown acronyms we try to get as close as possible to nature... even in our stomachs.
Alagao is a tree native to the Philippines and I think this is technically one of our own mints. Evidently they're called siargaw in Siargao, which is named after the tree.
This cafe centers Alagao leaves in its own rendition of Miang Kham from Thailand, which are used to wrap different ingredients enough for one flavorful bite.
