There weren't exactly any one word that could describe how Ingrid felt about the overall situation. At the moment though, nauseous seems to cover her latest feeling. Taking a seat at the family kitchen table, Ingrid let out a heavy sigh before pressing the heels of her hands against her forehead, trying to think of the way to formulate the words. It was already  strange for her to admit to herself she was pregnant in her own head, let alone out loud. Ingrid slowly got up from the kitchen table, and was about to try and sneak out through  the garden but stopped when she spotted her younger  sister just outside the door. Biting the inside of her cheek, Ingrid slowly made her way outside, twiddling her fingers.

i hated what they did to effie in the movies. ugh i was actually so disappointed and mad

i adore elizabeth and her portrayal was really nice of course (even though i by no means agree with all of her thoughts about the character, but those are probably unpopular opinions in the fandom because logic/other considerations don't matter when the actor claims something -- everyone eats it up and no one dares or bothers to disagree or use their own mind) but i think effie was failed by the writing/directing in some ways. i mean, sure, she's not in the love triangle and she's not a young and attractive male so as if they'd care too much about ruining her. but she deserved better than to just be comic relief and i am still bitter that they scrapped a decent sort-of-redemption arc in favour of "let's give her some funny lines and have her skipping around 13 in a stupid outfit coin would realistically never let her wear" yeah i have a lot of problems with both the mj book and what they did with some of the movies/characters. but alas. nothing to be done about it now. :|
