Itadakimasu! Seafood Ramen for dinner today. I made three types of broth in this bowl of Ramen. Shrimp broth, Shiro Miso Broth, and Bonito Broth. I included Shrimp, Crab, Shiitake Mushrooms, Aburaage (Fried Tofu), Hardboiled Egg, Seaweed, and of course Ramen noodles!
