Is there anything better than a clean sheet night. I decided to switch up my days a little this week. Fresh sheet night formed part of my Sunday Chaos prep this week. If you are new to this concept it’s about having a reset for the week ahead. Life offers up many chances to reset. Before bed, first thing in a morning, Friday nights, the end of the year or month. A chance to get ahead for what’s next. Sunday Chaos prep or Sunday reset is a life saver at times. What happens on Sunday reset changes through the weeks. The little jobs you couldn’t finish in the week can be put on your reset day, you can get the whole family involved too. It’s that time of week. A chance to get a head start on the week ahead. While I may be away in a hotel room for the night i can still make a bit of a plan for the week, I can still check my calendar. Then when we get home later I can continue my prep. Make sure I’ve got packed lunch items, get uniforms ready etc. If you are new to chaos prep for the week Sundays are a chance to reset from the week gone by, get straight for the week ahead. It’s time for #chaosprepfortheweek. One of the things that has really helped me get organised and be productive with my days is preping for the week ahead on a Sunday So every Sunday morning ( even if we are away) I get out my calendar ( I use google calendar) and my chaos control planner (coming soon ) and I plan out my weeks. Things I like to get ahead on ☕️Who’s where when ☕️ Meals for the week ☕️ Bills that need paying ☕️ Shopping list items ☕️ master todo list ( of things not in my daily sheets) I’m telling you this is such a game changer.
