Hi sweetie! Huge fan of your main blog. I'm a larger girl who's working out as well. I don't know if you have weak joints muscle strains but I recommend looking into KT Tape. I have weak ankles from a fracture in high school and several minor sprains. When I run I tend to have peroneal tendonitis which causes a dull, throbbing ache that doesn't go away easily. I tape my ankle before each run and it truly helps. Keep up the amazing work, darling!
I’ve recently injured my ankle and I’m trying to avoid extra strain while it heals so this came at a perfect time. I also tend to get that dull throbbing pain in my shoulder a lot while working out, so I will definitely look into this. Thank you so much xx
