Meal prep Monday. Yesterday was all about working in the yard and getting the plants in the ground. (More to come on that) anyways, I prepped my breakfasts and lunches for the week. Dinner will be with the family but since during the five days, I’m focused on the kids and house, chores. I’m saving myself time. If you want reciepes, Ill put them in the comments. For breakfast it is protein pancakes and turkey sausage, for lunch it shrimp fried rice.
