We are task to create a venture proposal using the problems and opportunity in the surrounding, so we had proposed to options which are the time management and the rental service. In deciding what to pursue we consider our experiences as a student, usually unwanted situations occur especially when you need something there are instances you forgot to bring them, like materials you need for school activities, then it can cause domino effect on your performance academically, so everyone of us, as a group agreed on pursuing the rental service idea.
For validation we seek the thoughts of other students like us on what they experience regarding material they left at home that are needed on site and what they think of rental service, we conducted the interview to them through messenger, some respondents like the idea while there are also those who oppose the idea because they said it will make the borrower dependent on the rental service which is for us its beneficial.
On the first presentation of our venture proposal last February 08, 2024, we presented the rental service idea, as what Ma'am Leanne said we had strengthen our service importance to our target market and key partners cause what we only have was the system for the lenders and borrowers, we are challenge to seek for reason why costumers and key partners have to choose us from the others, and also we have to ok improve our rental service idea.
In that certain presentation we had a lot lesson learned especially in establishing or starting a business there are so many things to consider and to prioritize, we shouldn't focus based on what is going on today we also had to visualize what will happen tomorrow. Our product or services are driven by the needs and wants of the target market, and what hinders them are the ones we had to deal with.
