❝ Hey , quick question - SHUT UP . ❞

" .................. mic-sensei? “ kirishima asks, brows scrunched and spoken only after a few minutes of just STARING at what apparently is his english teacher off-duty shopping. “ is that you? “
😘😘😘😘😘
kissing day asks! accepting indefinitely?
shouta doesn’t initially intend to give him thirty one kisses from the top of his head to the very edge of his jaw, but he does count them from the beginning; the idea to connect the amount to the occasion ( hint, hint, it’s someone’s birthday in about ten minutes ) hits him around kiss fourteen. and, yeah, he does think he’s pretty clever for it.
kiss thirty one is a direct hit on the mouth. arms drape lazily around his neck and he stays there the longest; their lips move together as though it was what they were made to do, seamless. it’s almost funny to remember the first one they shared -- sure, it’s hardly fair to compare a teenager’s first to the likes of them ( two grown men ) but, how far we’ve come, huh?
when he comes up for air, shouta does so with a hefty exhale and he lets his head fall to rest on his shoulder, gaze shifting steadily to look up at him once he was settled comfortably against him.
❝ ... happy birthday, old man. ❞
don’t remind him how much better hizashi looks for their age, though.

Uraraka stumbled up the stairs to her teacher’s house, the flowery pink wrapping gently crinkling in her hands. She recalled back to earlier in the day, when her own father had gladly accepted a similar package, delighted to the point of tears, even. Somehow she had managed to scrounge up enough money for a real gift for her own dad, however she also wanted to show her appreciation for another less appreciated father figure in her life.
At first when looking at her bank account, Ochako had given up hope on getting anything besides a homemade card for him. However, a little suggestion from Aizawa, (which came as a fair shock) and Uraraka revised her gift plan.
Reaching up, she pressed a soft finger pad onto the doorbell of her teacher’s house. After hearing a bit of a kerfuffle, and something that may have possibly been a swear, Ochako saw the doorknob begin to turn before her. Her small hands gripped the rosebud pattern of the wrapping paper, heart swelling with the gratitude and respect the pink flower symbolized.
Without even looking up, Uraraka quickly pushed the gift at her teacher, who seemed a bit like he had possibly just gotten out of bed. “Um, hello, yes, Mic-sensei?” The carefully thought out words in her head were lost in a flood of pure embarrassment, the redness rushing to her already rosy cheeks. “I know this may seem super sudden, and stuff, but I just thought since it was father’s day, it might be a good time possibly to give you something as a form of thanks for everything you do for us as students and also supporting me as a teacher.”
Ochako thought of the contents of the package she was now holding out towards Mic. It was a ridiculous idea, in her opinion. But she had gotten a special demo version of the very first ‘Uravity’ merch sent to her for approval. It was only a pink shirt, printed with her title under a cartoony version of her visor, along with a coffee mug of similar design and a pink lanyard with her title printed along the side. At first, Uraraka wished to completely deny even the concept of her own merchandise, but RyuKyu advised her otherwise, stating that merch was a great way of getting yourself out there as a hero, and it would be wise to take the opportunity while it was there. However, that didn’t mean Ochako wanted any of her own merch. No, it was when she was explaining this to Deku and Iida in the hall before class that Aizawa had given her the idea of giving it away as a gift to someone if she, quote, “hated the damn stuff so much.”
Uraraka flashed back to herself, realizing she was now on her twentieth or so sentence of rambling. “Basically, I just wanted to say thank you is all.” She stopped herself there, holding the repurposed box of Uravity merch in front of her, both dreading and gladly anticipating the moment when Mic inevitably ripped it open.

❛ MIC - SENSEI? that’s an easy one! ❜ fists clench excitedly at his chest as if to convey exactly that, face alight in nothing short of complete and total admiration.
❛ — i mean, it’s easy enough to say that you’ve got the best kind of style all around in both presentation and aesthetic, bar none ; but what really makes the difference is just how perceptive you are to top it off!
a lot of flashier heroes tend to put all their stock into their over - the - top appearances, ostentatiously running themselves into the ground in overall execution and tossing all their capabilities as strategists and critical thinkers to the wind in terms of media rep because of it — but you’re not like that at all, right? your impeccable intelligence is just as renowned as your boom - boom technique! you’re bringing way more to the table than your quirk really accounts for, which is super important to people like me!
hell, even my dad used to stay up listenin’ to your radio show when i was a little younger. he’d always be like, ‘ this is a guy who knows what he’s about. he’s got big things to say and he ain’t afraid to say ‘em. ’ and even though i was still sort of an impressioable kid, that sentiment really resonated with my young mind, y’know? it’s important to be expressive like that. not a whole ton of heroes are willing to show versatile sides of themselves, so i really looked up to that image you struck when i was growing up — like you don’t have to be so stoic n’ stuff just ‘cuz you’re a hero. you can be fun, too.
… not to mention that i have absolutely no idea how you get your hair like that, but it just adds to that cool enigmatic mystery, yeah? got all sorts of bass - boosted pzazz n’ whatnot past the bells n’ whistles … in fact, our costumes kinda make it look like we work together, don’t they!? i wouldn’t mind that at all!! ❜
“ quite different from what you’d expect with the mask, isn’t it?? ”
