ahhhhh the dental surgeon on call at the emergency line through my dental surgeon's office said he'd never heard of the surgeon who did my procedure even though he's kinda of a big deal...apparently just not in this city?

but nice helpful tired on call dental surgeon was nice and helpful and i can sleep with my wacky contraption of socks-in-socks (i rigged it together in hopes of helping keep the swelling in check) without worrying because apparently "it's a pressure dressing" :D
