These are the biggest light polluters and energy wasters that I can see on either side on the street across from the backyard. On Patshull Road, right hand side of the semi. These are gardens where there shouldn't be lights. It's not the street. They have no curtains, or never use them. They have the patio lights on (no one outside), and every light on indoors even though it only appears there are people inside on the ground floor. They seem obvlivious. It's a total eyesore and they destroy my night time views out my upstairs windows. I live on the top two floors, so no garden, and only have views at the back, really.
