Do you think Rick will appreciate that they were trying to protect Judith or get up on his high horse? When they all get back together I think Carol should take control, she's the only one not running on emotion-though that could change now. I thought it looked like she was going to confess earlier in the episode. If she had do you think T would still have forgiven her or did dealing with Lizzy make him see things differently. Do you think C volunteered? or T couldn't do it? // Watch Bates. -S
I’m 200% sure Tyreese’s reaction would have been highly different if Carol would have confessed when they were walking. Tyreese has learnt to adapt his judgement to this new world thanks to this tragic event. It made him understand and forgive Carol’s behaviour in the prison.
I don’t think they really planned Lizzie’s execution. I think - from their talk before - it was obvious to Carol she would do it. We can see how Tyreese is overtaken by events. They probably exchanged meaningful looks before she went outside with the girl.
Carol would be a great leader but a leader of people who are strong enough to take care of themself. Decisions would be taken. Things would be done. The group would move forward but there would be no room for weak people.
I woke up very early today to catch up Bates Motel thanks to your pressure. ;) Did you see this father thing coming? Because, I did, the very first time we saw Norma’s brother and Dylan standing next to each other. The resemblance was striking. Plus it matched with Norma’s behaviour toward Dylan. Was it a big plot twist for you?
Though this father thing was obvious, I’m not 100% sure Norma told the truth. Dylan’s father could also be Norma’s father. (To match with Norma’s brother’s side of the story) I can’t tell if Norma is a victim or a part of this family’s madness. I think this fact is the key to the show.
I’m not really fond of Riley’s story. Maybe I would if we had seen scenes of her and her father before his death.
I like Emma. I can’t wait to see more of her and “cupcake boy”. They’re cute together so far. I hope they’ll develop something sweet with them to contrast Bates dramas.
I’m disappointed by Romero. He was so badass in season 1 finale. I thought he was more feared by traffickers. I don’t mean I wanted him to be a dirty cop but his little talk with Nick Ford has pictured him weaker than I thought he was. Anyway, it’s not really a big deal because I like the fact he’s not a fool and keep this town in peace the best he can.
What do you think of Christine? Don’t you think her behaviour was… too much? It really looked like she was hitting on Norma to me. Did you have this feeling at the beginning too? This party, the handsome brother… all seemed all bright and perfect. Perfect people like that are sometimes the worst. We’ll see if it’s a glimmer of hope that Norma will mess up as usual or another drama to add to her life.
